in the United States and internationally.

to detail, and quest for perfection have led to the honor of
preparing culinary creations for a former President of the United
States as well as various international heads of state. But

techniques that have impressed world dignataries to his daily

Mike
knows well the crafts of the Executive Chef, the Sous Chef and
the Gard Manger and has served in these roles in some
of the finest private clubs, restaurants and Hotels. These include
the prestigious Pacific Club in Newport Beach, the Washington
Athletic Club in Seattle, Le Biarritz restaurant in Newport
Beach, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Laguna Niguel and the Big Easy
restaurant in Munich, Germany. Mike is currently the Executive
Sous Chef at the Old Ranch Golf and Country Club in Seal Beach,
